Summary: I booked a king suite they gave me queen only addressed the issue after i realized it wasnt right...still didnt change the room...you have to ask for your heater to be turned on...i was cold 2 nights

Summary: My room had a vague odour of stale cigarette smoke but otherwise I found both service and facilities to be very good. Having arrived on the evening of Labour Day I was a little disappointed not be able to get dinner that evening
